Here, go right to another walkway: avoid the Clockwork Blades, then at the end, avoid the rollers and kill the Flying Eyeballs as you grab the Chaos Rune. In the next area, avoid the giant arms and ride up the lift on the opposite end. If it's locked, read the time off the timepiece clock and then set the Master Time Clock to that time. Get past the Clockwork Blade and then go through the Butterfly Gate. Okay, head down the walkway at the far end of the Master Time Clock and use the Time Rune to open the way forward.
